Next evening event at the Warhol Haring Basquiat exhibition

Dhal 11 March to 18 June 2023 al Next Exhibition Museum near Belloni Palace in Bologna, visitors will be able to admire the works of three artists who represented an important chapter in the history of art.

Warhol and his spiritual children Herring and Basquiat in a partnership that made the 1980s New York underground famous thanks to its clubs (Studio 54 and Club 57 being among the most well-known), when art was born at night.

The exhibition “WARHOL HARING BASQUIAT” It was conceived with the intention of recreating the atmosphere of brilliance that could be breathed in the meeting places where the three creatives transformed the excesses of the 1980s into artistic expression, with particular attention therefore paid to the objects that will be exhibited in the various rooms: covers, vinyl records, screen prints, t-shirts and musical instruments.

To accompany the exhibition, have been organised three themed evenings with special events:

Saturday 25th March from 20:00 to 23:00 ART NIGHT with Drag Queen Miss Pingy performance

Saturday 15 April from 20:00 to 23:00 MUSIC NIGHT Qadmio performance

Saturday 20th May FASHION NIGHT, a fashion tour within the exhibition curated by Next Fashion School, with an exhibition of the outfits on mannequins from the morning of 20th May and with the evening from 8 pm to 11 pm brought to life by two models who will interpret the exhibited garments, created by the Next Generation. The title of the matchday is The Graphic Culture, as a tribute to the three artists who, through characteristic graphics, have given life to creative movements and an iconic popular culture.
