The “Next Shooting” project, now in its second edition, is a hands-on training event where styling, photography and make-up professionals combine their skills for a meticulously curated photoshoot, coordinating their respective students in the roles that will subsequently see them play a leading part in the fashion system.

Next Shooting is a teaching approach that guides future talent towards a broad-range orientation by interacting with the professional businesses they will collaborate with in the future.

The 2025 projects they represent the end-of-course dissertations of the Next students: each of them has worked on their own idea of “FASHION MANIFESTO”, meaning that the significance of “making fashion” today was demonstrated, along with the creative horizons of this sector and what every young designer (in this case also aspiring stylist) expects from their future professional and creative journey. Through the photoshoot, the design and communicative context, the Next Generation students, coordinated by teacher Greta Roncarelli, expressed their own aesthetic idea and personal creative vision. The journey proved to be particularly meaningful as the debut incorporated opinions, visions and hopes, expressed through outfits and set contexts aligned with the message they wished to spread.

The shooting day is part of the course programme Next Stylist: with this type of smart course, Next Fashion School aims to train professionals who can manage the various facets of the role of Stylist: an increasingly sought-after, acclaimed and appreciated profession in the fashion world and beyond.
The versatility and multifaceted roles require careful study of the focus areas of this activity; during the course, the different types of Stylists and their characteristics will be explained, ultimately leading to the figure of the Next Stylist, who adds to their skills the ability to design capsule collection, using alternative techniques to graphic design.

The Next Stylist is the combination of how one can interpret what has already been produced by others and something that has not yet been produced, but is designable: a course that trains versatile and open-minded professionals.
