Next Shooting 2026

Now in its third edition, Next Shooting it is confirmed as one of the key moments of the Next Fashion School training path, putting connecting future stylists, photographers and make-up artists in a concrete styling and final shooting project.

The initiative offers students of the course Next Stylist an immersive experience that faithfully reproduces the dynamics of the professional world. Every phase of the work is developed just like on a real photo shoot, encouraging collaboration between the various roles involved and allowing participants to experience a real working environment.

The 2026 edition was structured around several photographic sets coordinated by lecturer Greta Roncarelli, who guided the students right through to the development of their final projects. Through moodboards created in the preceding months, the Next Generation presented the look concepts, the result of a design journey shared with photographers and make-up artists.
The projects completed represent the final-year projects of the Next students and mark the final stage of their training programme, transforming design into a practical production experience.

The shooting day is part of the course programme Next Stylist, A smart course designed by Next Fashion School with the aim of training professionals capable of tackling the many facets of the stylist’s role – a role that is increasingly in demand and highly valued in the fashion industry and across a growing range of sectors.
The course explores the various specialisations of styling and their related skills, guiding students towards the role of the Next Stylist, a professional who integrates traditional skills with the ability to design capsule collections through techniques alternative to graphic drawing.
The Next Stylist thus represents the meeting point between the creative interpretation of what has already been achieved and the design of what is yet to come, giving rise to a programme that aims to train versatile, multidisciplinary professionals who are open to innovation.

The 2026 concept: REDVOLUTION

“Next Stylist” 2026 opens with a reflection on the symbolic value of colour: an analysis of last year’s collections revealed that red (in its various shades and hues) was a recurring colour.
The question arose quite naturally: why has this colour become the recurring theme in various projects?
Red (ranging from the soft earth tones, through the gentleness of pink, to the depths of purple) has always represented the most intense aspects of humanity: Love, Passion, Blood, Revolution.
Each stylist has reflected on the personal significance of this colour palette through editorial projects designed to answer this question: welcome to the Era of the RedVoluton.
